Code of Conduct

All members are expected to adhere to Tova's Code of Conduct when participating in events, using Tova Spaces, or interacting with other members. This includes:

• Treating all members, staff, and venue personnel with respect and courtesy
• Refraining from discriminatory, harassing, or offensive behavior or language
• Following all rules and guidelines established for specific events or spaces
• Respecting the privacy and personal boundaries of other members

Profile Accuracy

Members are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information in their profiles
• Keeping their profile information up-to-date
• Using recent and authentic photos that clearly represent them
• Not misrepresenting their identity, qualifications, or intentions

Communication and Feedback

Members agree to:

• Respond to event invitations and communications in a timely manner
• Provide constructive feedback when requested
• Report any issues or concerns to Tova's team promptly
• Communicate respectfully with other members and Tova staff

Registration and Attendance

Members understand and agree that:

• Registration for events may be required and is subject to availability
• RSVPs are binding, and members are expected to attend events they have confirmed
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible
• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future event invitations

Event Rules and Guidelines

When attending Tova events, members agree to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled events
• Adhere to any dress codes or event-specific guidelines communicated
• Follow the instructions of event hosts and Tova staff
• Respect the venue's rules and property

Safety and Conduct at Events

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, members agree to:

• Consume alcohol responsibly if served at events
• Not engage in or condone any illegal activities
• Report any safety concerns to Tova staff immediately
• Respect the personal space and boundaries of other attendees

Data Collection and Usage

Tova's data practices include:

• Collection of personal information necessary for providing services
• Use of data for matching purposes and personalizing member experiences
• Analysis of aggregate data to improve services and events
• Protection of personal data through security measures

Member Privacy

Members agree to:

• Respect the privacy of other members
• Not share personal information of other members without consent
• Not photograph or record other members at events without permission
• Not use information obtained through Tova for marketing or solicitation

Tova's Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to Tova, including but not limited to:

• The Tova name, logo, and branding
• Website content and design
• Marketing materials and communications
• Proprietary matching algorithms and methodologies

Are owned exclusively by Tova and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Members may not use, reproduce, or distribute Tova's intellectual property without express written permission.

User-Generated Content

When members submit content to Tova, including but not limited to photos, testimonials, and feedback:

• Members retain ownership of their original content
• Members grant Tova a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing and promoting Tova's services
• Members warrant that they have the right to provide such content and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party

Informal Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a member and Tova, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue informally through direct communication. Members should contact Tova's customer service team with any concerns or complaints.

Mediation and Arbitration

If informal resolution is not successful:

• The parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation with a mutually agreed-upon mediator
• If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration
• Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association
• The arbitration will take place in San Francisco, California, unless otherwise agreed

By agreeing to these Terms, members waive their right to bring claims in a court of law or participate in a class action lawsuit related to disputes covered by this arbitration provision.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to Tova's services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
