    Child Safety Standards (CSAE)

Last Updated: 2025 • Applies to the Tova app and services

Tova (the “App”) is committed to protecting children and maintaining a platform free from child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards are publicly available and describe our policies, enforcement procedures, reporting processes, and designated point of contact. They apply to all users and all content on Tova.

    1. Prohibited Content and Behaviors

We strictly prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:

    • Creation, possession, distribution, or solicitation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
    • Grooming, coercion, sextortion, trafficking, or sexualization of a minor.
    • Any conduct that endangers the safety of children online or offline.

Accounts, content, or behaviors that violate these standards are not allowed on Tova and will result in enforcement actions detailed below.

    2. Moderation, Enforcement, and Reporting to Authorities

    • Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE on our platform, we act promptly to remove content, restrict access, and suspend or terminate involved accounts.
    • Where appropriate and legally required, confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority.
    • We may preserve relevant data as permitted by law to support investigations and protect users.
    • We continually refine our detection and review processes to reduce false negatives and prioritize user safety.

    3. In‑App Mechanism for Feedback and Reports

Users can contact Tova’s Trust & Safety team directly from within the app via the Support contact option. You can also email us without leaving the app experience.

    • Open Support in the app to send a message to our team (or tap any available “Report” entry point where provided).
    • Email: support@tova.social

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first.

    4. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

Tova complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which we operate. We will report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities and cooperate with lawful requests.

    5. Consequences for Violations

    • Immediate removal of violating content.
    • Account suspension or termination.
    • Restriction of access to Tova services.
    • Reporting to relevant authorities when required or appropriate.

    6. Handling of Reports and Data

We review incoming reports for priority and credibility, and take action in line with these standards. Where permitted by law, we may retain relevant data related to a report for a limited period to support investigations, protect users, and improve systems.

    7. Designated Child Safety Point of Contact
